做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
