做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
