做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
