做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
